I’m a Product Designer passionate about designing equitable, human-centered experiences that drive meaningful impact.

Hi there!

I'm Auzeen

I recently earned my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction + Design from the University of Washington, building on a B.A. in Psychology and Law and Certificate in UX/UI Design from UC Irvine.

As the eldest daughter of Iranian immigrants, I often found myself helping my parents navigate an increasingly digital world. Witnessing the systemic challenges they faced sparked my initial pursuit of Psychology & Law as a way to understand human behavior and dismantle barriers to opportunity. Over time, I realized these fields were stepping stones rather than destinations. They deepened my understanding of how people interact within their environments and the barriers they face based on their lived experiences, but left me searching for a creative outlet to implement change.

In user experience design, I discovered a meaningful way to merge creativity with a commitment to equity. My multidisciplinary background has shaped my design approach to foster deep empathy as I consider users' experiences within their larger systems. I strive to design interventions that not only meet their immediate needs, but create opportunities for a more inclusive future.

In my spare time...

I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and preserving memories through film photography.
